The Service is intended solely for informational and organizational purposes.

Walvio is not:

- a broker;
- a payment institution;
- a tax advisor;
- a legal advisor.
Any insights, analytics, forecasts, recommendations, or AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only.
You remain solely responsible for all financial, investment, legal, tax, and business decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that:
- you have legal capacity to enter into agreements;
- your use complies with applicable laws;
- all information provided by you is accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walvio shall not be liable for:

- consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed:
- the amount paid by the user during the previous twelve months; or
- EUR 100;
whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walvio, its owner, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Service;
- violation of these Terms;
- violation of applicable laws;
- infringement of third-party rights.

- these Terms are violated;

Walvio shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, government actions, and infrastructure failures.
